Spencer C. Davis is a growth-focused executive, entrepreneur, and advisor who builds, scales, and transforms organizations across industries. Over the past two decades, he has led initiatives spanning healthcare, employee benefits, technology, banking, real estate, AI-driven marketing, and civic development, with a consistent focus on measurable impact and long-term enterprise value.

He is the Founder and CEO of SDG, a multi-industry business consulting firm partnering with executives, investors, owners, and family offices to accelerate growth, optimize operations, and build durable organizations. Spencer’s work centers on aligning strategy, capital, and execution—translating complex challenges into scalable systems and repeatable results across healthcare, technology, finance, and community development.

In addition to SDG, Spencer has owned and operated an AI-powered marketing and growth company, applying data, automation, and advanced analytics to drive customer acquisition, performance optimization, and scalable revenue growth for organizations across sectors.

Previously, Spencer served as Executive Vice President, leading a national Employee Health & Benefits division while also acting as Director of Total Rewards Programs, where he drove strategy, innovation, and growth at scale. Earlier in his career, as Executive Director at Cerner, he built and scaled the company’s fastest-growing and most profitable division and pioneered Cerner’s first true SaaS model, integrating data, health, and technology into a national subscription-based platform.

Outside of his executive and advisory work, Spencer also manages the game-day music experience for Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas Jayhawks home games, combining operational leadership with creative direction. He lives in Kansas City with his wife, Kristin, and their children, Leone and Jionni.
