Helen is the Senior Director of Programs for BAE Systems - Future Tech Works organization for Combat Mission Systems (CMS) within the Platforms and Servies sector. She is responsible for the pursuit of opportunities to develop critical technoliges and future products that enhance warfighting capabilities across the full CMS Product Lines. This includes modernizing existing systems, identification of technology insertion points, and collaboration with external customers and partners to find the best solution for the warfighter to design for the next-generation systems and technologies to drive the success of our growing business.

Prior to serving in her current role, Helen held a variety of engineering leadership positions, most recently at Northop Grumman Mission Systems as the Director of Engineering for Advanced Strike and Mission Enablers, where she was responsible for managing the technical engineering execution for all developmental programs within the Airborne Business Unit. Helen began her career with Boeing as a Systems Security Engineer before moving onto positions with Textron and L-3 Communications with increasing levels of responsibility.

As a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Helen earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on Power Engineering. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland at College Park.
