Lynne Nethken

Lynne Nethken is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rayva, Inc. She is a prior National Science Foundation National Research Trainee Fellow for Citizen-Centered Smart Cities and Smart Living at Arizona State University. She completed a Bachelor's degree in Robotics Engineering and Master's in Systems Engineering at ASU. She has extensive experience leading both large and small teams though complex engineering development challenges to include building-integrated solar for high heat regions, SpaceX's Hyperloop challenge, the Department of Energy's American Made Solar Prize, and more. She is also a member of the Arizona Solar Energy Industries Association (AriSEIA), Arizona Technology Council, Arizona Manufacturing Catalyst Committee, and Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy (WRISE).
