Dylan Kramer is a 30 year veteran of the mortgage business and has spent a career in a variety of roles in the industry.  He has been a loan officer, branch manager, company owner, speaker and trainer in the business and is now focused on helping his clients and business partners win in any market.  He’s an expert at helping military Veterans take maximum advantage of their VA home loan benefit in order to own their piece of the American Dream.

As an investor, Dylan has owned rental properties, invested in syndicated real estate transactions and was a ground level investor in a video rental company in the mid ‘00s. He has a Bachelor's degree from Elmhurst College in both Finance and Economics.

In his spare time, Dylan referees high school and college soccer and basketball and plays golf.  He has served as an official at the Illinois High School Association soccer finals on six occasions serving as the head referee on the 2A State Final in 2021 and the 3A State Final in June 2023. He shot his first hole in one on August 24, 2022. Dylan lives in Elmhurst Illinois with his wife and 2 daughters and a mutt named Sanford.
